The movers were on time and very professional! My move went more smoothly and quickly than I thought it ever could.

I loved working with your office staff, they were amazing and helpful. I also loved working with your movers, who were polite, respectful, and professional. However, based on the fact that you all only pay your movers/drivers by the hour, my job which, could have been done in 1.5 hours, ended up taking 2.5 hours. Is that because of stairs, traffic, etc., yes it is, but it is also a product of the messed up and backward system 2 MEN AND A TRUCK function under. I think for the work your employees do, and for the benefit of the customers time, you need to rethink how you pay these individuals. I would stretch and hour long job into two hours in a heart beat, if I also only made $14-$17 BY THE HOUR. I am really disgusted with this system but happy with my move and the actual people helped us.

This outfit is top notch. Had a wonderful experience from booking to moving. The representative doing the booking was very professional and courteous, explaining how the charges would work and taking notes for the day of the move. The movers were equally as professional and courteous, coordinating with us on the day of the move. You could tell that they were very familiar with the area and even knew about the building itself. We booked these guys for 2 hours but they got the job done safely, without any issues, in just one hour! Thank you team!

I hired Two Men and a Truck for my move from an apartment to a house over the weekend. It was my first time using movers, and it was awesome! The movers wrapped all of our furniture very nicely and handled everything with care. They were fast, upbeat, and courteous, and were done within 4.5 hours! I was amazed and so grateful. Totally exceeded my expectations! I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck and will use them again for future moves.

Just wanted to say my wife and I were absolutely thrilled with the service we received from 2 men and a truck. So often companies advertise professionalism but fail to deliver. Whatever you guys are doing to train your staff, its working great. I had 3 guys help with our move, all of them perfectly professional and hard working. We could not have asked for a better group of movers. I will use and recommend your company every time, excellent experience all around.

Over experience as very good. Guys showed up very close to time schedule, very professional and got the job completed.
I am still waiting for a confirmation on final charge applied to my credit card. I was not with team when they finished.

Mendoza was high or having some other issue. He and Robinson moved my boxes into the elevator to go to storage and while Robinson (who was a good worker) was moving furniture for me, Mendoza got lost finding the dock where the truck was parked. My buildings maintenance manager found him wandering around confused. My maintenance manager came to check on me cause he was concerned. He does not want me to use your services again. I didn’t have him move the rest of my stuff. What should have taken less than three hours took 4 1/2. While Robinson was a good worker Mendoza was aweful and even broke a lamp shade while staggering around . I overpaid and just wanted Mendoza to leave. I felt very uncomfortable having Mendoza around. Robinson was a good worker. Mendoza was a hinderance.
