I was unhappy with movers being 4 hours late. Was told 12pm after calling twice finely 4pm arrived.

The blankets used to cover the furniture were filthy and left dirt on the walls and carpet. Why aren't they washed if they are filthy???. The agent who I spoke to should have made me aware of covers for the stairs and not wait to read of it after the fact. They should make you aware of that on the phone before the move. The movers did a great job. Management can do better.

The movers were flexible, speedy and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The 2 young gentleman were very professional and listened to what we wanted. We asked for quick service and they did everything swiftly and with a great attitude. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Ed and Reggie made a stressful day pretty much painless for me. Ed told me “Miss Dawn, all I need you to do is relax. We will take care of everything else.” And they did. My apartment didn’t have an idea situation to bring things out and Reggie made sooo many trips up a ramp with my belongings. Ed’s expertise kept us moving at a good pace. They were both very professional and friendly and I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you very much!

The ability to pay with credit card would be very useful for those of us doing corporate moves and the getting reimbursed. Paying up front with verifiable funds is tough with all of the other moving related expenses we incurred.

I was very happy with our moving team. They worked at a very quick pace and kept me up to date on the move throughout. Would definitely recommend Shawn and Co. (I’m so sorry I forgot the name of the other gentlemen with dreads) for anyone looking to have a quick, efficient move!

Great crew of movers. Helpful office staff. The only criticism is the clarity of the charges on the front end.

Guys had very good attitude. Worked quickly in morning, faded a little in afternoon. One concern, which I will know more about in 2 months, was how they packed storage unit. A new sofa (>$3,000.00 from Walter E. Smith) was sitting upright on arm...hope that doesn't cause damage.
Overall the two Men with the truck were very good and somewhat entertaining.

Great experience. The one suggestion is to make sure the customer understands that there is a window of time of two hours. That wasn't made clear on the initial call and luckily the guys showed up right at 10 but the gal on the call one day before pick up mentioned they would call between 10:00 and noon but I was under the impression the time was 10:00 am. Overall, I was very impressed with the service.
