Movers showed up 40-45 min late, didn’t acknowledge it or apologized. Overall movers were ok.

Everyone I dealt with provided exceptional service. I had to change my start time days prior to the move and it was done with out hesitation. Our moving truck actually broke down and the crew had to move everything to another truck. When they showed up they still had a great attitude and did a great careful job unloading our stuff. There were two pieces left behind one on the new truck and one on the old truck. Taylor at the Des Plaines office helped track them down and they were returned to us. As mentioned above and beyond customer service from everyone. Thank You!!!

The whole experience honestly could not have been more pleasant. Service was terrific and prompt. Movers themselves were patient and helpful.

The movers were wonderful. I didn't have much to move, so I think your prices are very, very high for that kind of move. And that's not the mover's fault.

The field guys were amazing in all categories.
My qualm is with the office staff. They made a huge deal about payment when my credit card didn't have raised lettering. It was a massive inconvenience to run home, print off an authorization form, execute it and send it back before the movers would unload the truck. Your office staff made it seem like it was my fault that my credit card doesn't have raised lettering when the fact remains that your office didn't empower your movers to just write down my credit card number. Further, you already had it on file from my deposit!
Bottom line, I paid for fifteen minutes that the movers weren't moving because of this. The movers were great but your front office sucks.

We had an issue with the apartment building not allowing us to use a reserved elevator. The movers had to use shared elevators to move items up to the 22nd floor. They had a great attitude throughout the process.

2nd time with using 2 men and a truck. Great service and hardworking at being efficient yet careful. Also, I am on the board at the des plaines chamber of commerce and I appreciate all that Lauren and 2 men and a truck do for the community and their involvement in the chamber and business community.

This is the 2nd time using 2 men and a truck . The 2 guys were an awesome team. They made the transition and move go so smooth. I would request those guys again if I could. Quality of Service was outstanding.
