Everyone was courteous and careful with my belongings. Very professional and worked as a team to insure the move went quickly and smoothly while taking care of my belongings. The office staff helped me figure out the most economical way to proceed when determining the number of movers on the truck.

Alison was very helpful setting up the move and worked with me to understand the process, fees and timing. David and Mark arrived on time. They communicated well. They were professional & friendly. They were flexible with some adjustments. They took care with the articles being moved and the property. What more can I say. Perfect!

Overall it was a good interaction. I am not local to the move and it was easy to work with the TMT team to coordinate. I think you are priced a bit high for the scope of the job, time it took and distance. I had a local company to me pack and move my home two years ago for not much more than this service cost my company. It also took a bit longer to be provided with an invoice than necessary. That is an issue in and of itself however what made it right was the exceptional attitude both your local branch and corporate team had. Thank you for that. Thank you for an all and all pleasant interaction.
