They moved a very expensive, heavy and large bookcase along with several other items within our home and did the most amazing job in an extremely efficient, quick yet careful manner. I was thoroughly impressed! Thank you!

Excellent lead mover who anticipated problems and kept the project moving even with extra furniture and boxes- handled it all with courtesy and professionalism. Would help if movers dressed and groomed more professionally- no one had any type of uniform attire or an insignia on their shirt or jacket which would have been reassuring

Unfortunately in cold weather outer jackets do not always have our insignia. We are glad that you brought this to our attention so we can seek a solution. Joanne was extremely helpful on the phone with me setting up the appointment and explaining how everything would go. Very friendly and patient. The movers John and Ruffin were very hard working. They were professional and very efficient. I would request both of them again!

Staff was friendly and seemed to have done a good job. We were quite busy that day and after reviewing the work, I was very disappointed in the quality of the packing. I had to repack half of each of the two PODs they were hired to pack. They were not efficient with the packing and did not take good care of the furniture. They also left many things in the house that needed to go into the PODs. I wax very disappointed.

Our move date kept changing and my fiance's schedule and mine are usually all over the place. I was so pleased with how patient Lily was at my less than prepared quote request. She was very courteous on the phone, and I felt like MY specific move was a priority to her. When dealing with the stress of moving the extra reassurance is appreciated . My fiance had a great experience with our movers (unfortunately he couldn't remember their names) but they really took time when putting our furniture back together and were fun to work with.

Excellent job by the movers, they made quick work of it and were under the moving estimate.

Everett, Travelled and Jose were an excellent team. They were professional, well conditioned on moving items, courteous and very attentive to my needs on special items. Their efficiency reduced my overall costs from the estimate. No breaks, no drops. Would recommend again.

Only problem was the 5 -6 hour difference from stated time (which was scheduled not a window) and actual time of arrival. Worked out, but a phone call would have solved everything. It made the wondering when coming really a great and only inconvenience.
