when my bed was moved the power cord and the remote were wound up and attached to underside of bedframe. It's still there. I have no way of getting under my bed to get to it as I'm physically disabled. Now I can not raise or lower head/foot of my bed. Also when they used washroom at my son's house they left lights on and heater in bathroom and closed the door. My son returned from a business trip and discovered this. It could've caused a fire.
