Office staff was helpful. However, the overall experience with the moving team was terrible. The movers were not organized. My belongings were not handled with care and damage resulted. Did you send an inexperienced team to move my belongings?

Grossly underestimated by more than 2/3 addt'l hours. My new home was damaged in numerous places and many of my home goods were severely damaged and or broken. I've been charged addt'l fees w/out authorization and have been passed around personnel. Lots of excuses- no apologies or resolution. I will

The two guys that helped my mother move were fantastic. They went out of her way to help her as this is a rough time in her life moving in with her daughter due to my father passing. They made her cry tears of joy because they listened and carefully handled her items.

Awful experience. Movers were late, bad attitude, extremely slow. 1600 sf foot free standing home with miminal furniture going three miles away took 10.5 hours! The team out of carol stream that services naperville needs retraining ASAP.

I was very satisfied with the whole process starting with Paul in the office and right through to the crew handling the move. Every one was friendly and courteous. My move was small, but they didn't make me feel like it was unimportant. Thanks again for your help and you can be sure if I have another move down the road, I'll give you a call.

The staff from office to d/m was courteous, friendly, and professional. Office staff (Clarissa) made necessary calls to maintain contact and confirm times as well as monitoring the service. She was very thorough and detailed re: the financial aspect along with the other issues involved in my move.
Brandon and Mike are very nice young GENTLEMEN. They also were very thorough, detailed n considerate packing my furnishings and belongings going to storage. They drove carefully at normal speed allowing my friend to follow behind because we did not know the way. They were knowledgeable re: the route and got us there in good time. At the end of move Randy from Life Storage and I checked the truck. All items were moved into the storage unit very neatly. I was very impressed. Yay Yay!
