The moving team was great. They were genuinely concerned about my property and worked very well as a team. Only one damaged item that we are aware of happening in the process.

However the up front estimation process seems to be lacking accuracy and good communication with the moving team. '2 Men and a Truck' became '5 Men and 2Trucks' after the walk-thru and estimation which was understandable. But in the end it was '6 1/2 Men and 3 Trucks'. At the high end of the estimate it was off 33%. At the low end of the estimate is was off 69%. The time went from 7-8 hours to 11 1/2 hours.

There is a disconnect somewhere.

I was over charged and misquoted as well as lied to verbally about the time. No one communicated with me. I had to call several times to find out what was going on. Management was also very nonchalant about me being over charged and my television being broken while in transport. I feel insulted that they offered me $12.00 to cover the cost valuation of my 55 inch television that was attached to a quarter inch glass base. Horrible experience.

The movers moved slower than anticipated. I carried a lot of my stuff to the truck for them to save time even with an injured back. The one reason I hired movers. I called friends to help unload at my new home because it was taking longer than I thought it should. The driver took more than a half hour to pull down each drive way. That cost me $200 just to have them back up. I was told it was a truck the driver wasn't use to. They also put huge ruts in my neighbors yard. My sectional wasn't put back together so I will have to hire someone to do that. The guys were nice though. I guess I expected things to move quicker. Also, I feel they could have bought their lunch with and ate in route but they landed up stopping for lunch on the clock ---ugh.

I had another company booked to handle my move to Tennessee, I fired them after they showed up 5 hours late and tried to upcharge me $2,100.00 over the contract price. Talk about scramble mode... I called 2 men about the move and they couldn't schedule me in time. They did, however, offer to provide 3 men to load a truck if I chose to rent one. That's what I did and the men they sent couldn't have been more professional and hard working. I don't think they took more than a 5-minute break during the 3 hours it took to load my house up. If I had to do it all over again, I would call them first. And here's an FYI, if you need to rent a truck in Illinois, go outside of Cook and DuPage Counties. Was 850.00 less in Grundy and LaSalle County. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!! Mike

We dealt w several locations first buying supplies and then moving. Everyone we came into contact with were positive, happy and professional. We would recommend Two men and a Truck to anyone moving!

Moving team was on time, courteous, and did a good job packing and moving our furniture. The "interstate" service was very convenient but a little pricey. Office team was courteous and helpful, but often was difficult to reach and sometimes did not return calls. Overall we felt TMT did a good job for us and we would consider using TMT again.

The moving team did good work quickly and professionally.

Very disappointed in the lack of experience of the two movers that were assigned to me and the fact that they were inexperienced with loading a pod. Was informed after the fact the pods company only recently started the service to load a pod and not their trucks. Knowing this at the time of booking your company would have been a very important factor in choosing your company.
Also the two men required assistance from my friends to get a couch down the stairs and out of my residence. I definitely communicated that a couch would need to be removed from residence on a 2nd floor.
This was a concern of mine at the time of my call to your sales team one of the main reason I was hiring “professional” movers.
Thus my total for your service was unacceptable compared to the service received
