Team of the team was not fully experienced. Furniture was broken.

The guys were great. Except they cracked one of the legs of my couch table and cracked and dropped my dresser drawers. They didn't even let me know the items were damaged. I found out after I started to unpack.

The crew was a group of very nice young men who were extremely polite the entire time. They did a wonderful job overall! My only criticism was that they accidentally chipped the corner of one very large piece of wooden furniture. I think it was just lack of experience, because they said they had only been with the company a few months. They did well moving heavy stuff and packed it very well into the POD as instructed. I would recommend them.

The move went well until I discovered some property damage . Almost two months have gone by and I can't even get to a claim form. I have sent pictures.

Everyone was very professional and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. My calls to the office were handled promptly. I also appreciated the movers arrived on time and continuously worked until the job was completed. The movers treated my belongings and furniture with care and placed items exactly where I wanted them in the new home. Thank you.

For the most part, all was fine - except when moving a bedroom dresser a wall was gouged quite deeply and I had to repair and paint it, At the time one of the movers downplayed the damage saying it was just a small mark. I believe the damage should have been treated in a more serious manner,

The men were great but there was a broken arm on my chair and some scratches. We were told someone would contact us and I have heard nothing from them. That is why I rated the poor marks

Everything was very good. Only one issue with a chip out of a chair that required a report to be filed. I hope that is remedied.

Vintage jukebox severely damaged in the short approx 41 mile move. Mover had to see damage when it was delivered and he did not inform me. You accepted no responsibility for what cost me over $2000 to have repaired.

The movers did not wrap hardly any of my furniture. While one guy was working the other 3 stood around.
I carried things to the truck to help.
Damaged a few things. Awful move!!!!
