The team was awesome. We had a lot of ancillary stuff that extended our timing and they graciously moved all of it!
They were polite, helpful and overall very nice to work with.

Everything was great except they wouldn't take boxes from storage unit because there was a mouse in the unit???? Not quite sure why??

Very unpleasant experience. This was my third time using Two Men over the last 5 years and the experiences could not be any different. This time around not only did they send 4 men versus 2, but they took much longer!! Way too much standing around, and even comments towards each other that the other was standing around, unbelievable. We had an expensive dresser damaged (the damage policy is ridiculous). I am 99% sure that one of the movers also broke the toilet at my old house (last one to use it, can't believe he even asked, toilet handle was snapped right off from flushing too hard). Oh and not to mention we literally moved right across the street! No mention or thought of bringing items across the street as opposed to loading the entire truck and then driving over. Lastly, I had spoken with the office a few weeks prior about moving my piano over, we wanted it to go up about 8 steps. Was told they could only do 5 steps but would try to make an exception, pretty sure that was never discussed with anyone! I will certainly not be recommending Two Men to anyone I know, it is very unfortunate that the quality has dropped this much since our last move. I sure hope you will do something to make this right

Michael and his partner were kind and went out of there way to make us feel comfortable about are personal belongings. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck. Thank you again, and keep up the good work.

Incredible salesman that guided me to the service that was necessary and did not try to sell me services not needed. On time arrival of the moving crew. Despite the difficulty of the move the moving crew performed flawlessly. All-in-all a perfect move.

The team was extremely efficient, careful with my belongings, and worth the money. They went above and beyond helping me set up my new home. Thank you!
