Customer care called about the issue with my desk. A drawer was stuck because an item wedged it itself when the desk was turned on it’s side. Movers wanted to turn the whole desk upside down. I was shocked! Customer care said “that’s why we tell people to take drawers out.” No one suggested taking drawers out! Now I have to clean the whole desk out.

Used Two Men & Truck several times and have recommended them as well. This crew lied to
Me about not being allowed to transport artificial plants. They also charged me 45% more than the esitmate. Not happy being bullied by the Tinley Park location. I need to re-evaluate using and recommending this company from this point going forward.

Phenomenal job! The two men showed up early, were very professional, and moved all of my items in a timely manner. They also during the time of COVID wore masks the whole time and practiced safe social distancing. It made my move flawless.

Our movers did a great job. We had a difficult vintage Shuffle Bowling Machine the had to do a 180 turn to go up the basement stairs. When the long table first got stuck, they backed it out to lead with the other end. There was probably only one tight path to get it out and they found it. The cabinet for the machine presented its own challenges that they solved.

Steven Torres, Cole and Devon did an amazing job. Extremely courteous and made sure everything was done correctly. It was very hot and there were a lot of stairs involved and they kept going like it was no issue. Huge thank you to them!

I forget the names of my team of two, but they were fantastic. Hardworkers; resourceful; didn't waste any time; and were respectful of my home and belongings. I would definitely use this company again based on my experience.

Great for scheduling and the movers were friendly and accommodating. Nothing was broken or lost.
