Small tear on couch, and oil spill-in driveway…
Response
We apologize for the imperfections in your move. I know Diego has already ordered a product to address the stain on the driveway. We appreciate you brining it to our attention and have taken that truck for inspection, concerning for a brand new truck! Please let us know how we can make right with the small tear on the couch. We are here to make things right.

Everything went well and the entire process was smooth. My only recommendation would be to not use extra large boxes. I have a very large box (~2.5 x 2.5 x 3.5 feet) in my garage that I am unable to move or position on my own now.

Went above and beyond. Could not navigate the driveway due to being steep, so the crew carried everything by hand in the cold and dark
Response

Excellent service. Outstanding crew. Phillip and three other young men moved my belongings quickly and efficiently. All were courteous and focused on the job they had to do. I had a pleasant overall experience from Diego handling the business end to Phillip and the crew of movers. Very professional.
