Our movers went above and beyond to care for our furniture and mmove everything in a speedy and efficient manner. They were very courteous throughout the move and clearly explained everything. We can’t say enough about the entire experience from beginning to end! Thank you!

There is no coordination between team members in the office. I was informed that the charges for moving is charged by the hour and a safe was refused to be moved because it was not mentioned in the inventory even though it was within the time estimated

I used this company because I know the owners. Set my appt. for early am since I was supposed to work at noon. Day before moving the time was changed to pm so I had to talk to my boss about changing my work schedule. A little after the time the movers were to show up, I got a call that they were delayed. Over an hour later no info so I called the office but only got voice mail, so I called the owner. The movers were a little over 3 hrs late, but were excellent once they got there. The owner also sent 3 movers but only charged me for 2, which I sincerely appreciated.

Crew did not use carpet protection even though it was requested at the time of booking, I have to pay for carpet cleaning at move out and move I location.
Damaged dinning table and wall fixtures. Wall painting was damaged at multiple locations during move.
This was 1st move ever, hence can not compare with other movers.
Crew was apologetic for damages.

The four men who loaded and moved my belongings were excellent. Professional, efficient and very quick about getting the job done. They worked very hard and I was extremely pleased. It was worth every penny to have them take care of my move. I hope they are paid well; they deserve it!!

The whole team was very respectful towards us and our needs. The team was well organized and professional. When paying it would be helpful to have an option electronically to leave a tip. Eventhough it is optional it would be helpful to have this option electronically.
