Our movers claimed they didn’t have the right tools to take apart our bed frame, so they asked if I had the tools. Those were already moved to the new place. Had to drive there, drive back. Only for them to be sitting in the truck, wasting time that they could have been moving more of my stuff. And then they still couldn’t help with the bed frame. We had to do over half the move ourselves.

Very easy to setup a moving day appointment with Two Men and a Truck via email. Person responded quickly via email and phone with very detailed information. Movers showed up on time with masks and were very respectful and organized. I was super impressed with how quickly the movers were able to load items in truck and unload items at new apartment. First time using movers very impressed.

Worst experience ever the first time excellent this time not professional arguing broke my headboard and my washing machine doesn't work but you will pay me or I'm going to small claims court . I tried to be nice when the were arguing but everyday something is broken will never ever ever ever call again for any service my washer is not even a year old. No one returned my call today about the washe

Christina helped us a lot during scheduling and estimate rate of the move.

The movers are very respectful and courteous. Before they start bringing our stuff in the new location, they will asked us where we wanted them placed. Not just once but thrice just to make sure they have understood our instructions.

Will definitely seek the help of the company in the next move :)

We were so impressed by our moving team. They were courteous and efficient, making sure that our needs and preferences were addressed. It was an emotional day since we were moving our mother into an assisted living facility, but the guys made it so easy. I would certainly recommend them to our friends and family.

The two guys on Friday were very hard to rate. They took over two hours to get to my house and then they had to go to Bloomington to get tape because none was packed in the truck. After they returned, they work for just a little past 2 hours then said they had to leave because they were all in at 3.5 hours.
The Saturday crew did much better and worked hard to complete my pack-up and loaded all.
