the two mem that moved me ,showed up on time/ were friendly/ know what to do and how to do it

The crew that showed up to move me were very polite and professional! I have three constructive feedback comments: 1. I had to instruct my team several times on how to move furniture. 2. Several were in training and I don’t think I should pay full price for slower service. 3. They walked off with my screwdriver and I was it replaced!

I was very happy with all my interactions with your company. The crew was great and easy to work with and was very efficient.

I had trouble with the initial estimate form. It required me having Word on my phone or computer. It would be great to have something I could fill out on my phone. I imagine a fair number of your clients are older like me. I am not as “current” technologically as my kids.

My team was Dee and Jamal. They were excellent! They moved antique furniture that has huge sentimental as well as a monetary value and they were wonderful! They showed up right on time, were prepared and ready to go, and moved the pieces with great care but very quickly. They had some tight corners but never touched a wall. I can't overrate these guys, they were splendid! Def will use again.

CJ and Levi were awesome!! A wonderful team for the Champaign, IL team. They were on time and very careful with all of our things. Very methodical and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

Exceptional service from office personal to the three men that moved our furniture. The three men were professional and courteous. Will definitely use Two men and a Truck when moving items again.
