They treated our furniture with the utmost care and moved everything in a timely fashion

I used the online estimator & followed up with the office staff. Our belongings were already packed, all the movers had to do is load and unload the truck. It took them 11 hours and necessitated a second truck because the load estimates were wrong. It cost almost twice what we were quoted. One of the movers apologized for things taking so long, he mentioned they usually have more movers, but some of them called in sick. So I paid more because employees didn't show up to work? I had another moving company give an estimate, he visited our home to ensure he would have enough staff and a large enough truck. You should have done the same, homeowners don't have enough experience to accurately estimate. The previous movers PACKED and loaded our belongings in less time than you.

I was very pleased with all aspects of my move. Kenneth Britton and Chase Chenoweth were wonderful in every aspect!!

Overall it was a good experience, just a long day. Wish the movers would have worked with a little more sense of urgency, but they definitely made us feel like they were taking good care of our belongings.

We have used 2 Men and a truck in 3 different moves in 3 different cities. Each time the experience was awesome. The movers were kind, efficient, and courteous and NO HIDDEN FEES or broken items. We have had horrible experiences with friends and other moving companies. We will always use 2 Men and a Truck!!!

I really appreciate how Elizabeth explained what amount of service I could receive within my budget and worked with me to develop a plan within my limits. The moving crew took really good care of our furniture items, were professional, and also fun to work with. I had an urgent need for help moving an unusual and large item for an event. Two Men and A Truck responded quickly and handled every detail beautifully. I was impressed with the quality of communication from the scheduler and the actual drivers. We were actually borrowing the item for decoration for our event and I had complete confidence that Two Men and A Truck would take good care of the item and they did.
