Awesome experience. They took the stress out of moving a very large heavy piece of furniture.

The gentlemen were extremely careful with all my furniture and made sure it was all protected from getting scratched.
They were very good workers, they were always on the move no standing around. Overall I couldn't have expected anymore.

What I liked the most was the attitude of the movers - they could have very easily been annoyed to move stuff up a 3rd floor walkup but instead were nice and easy to work with!

The move took longer than we hoped for through no fault of 2 & Truck. Place where loading & place where unloading made if difficult to complete the job in a timely manner. 2 & Truck worked with us through these difficulties with a good attitude. I will use 2 & Truck again in the future.

The answers to the individual questions and people were rated good. However, I am very disappointed with the office . We signed a contract with the Champaign office for (4) movers and anticipated 4-1/2 hours. The day before the move, the office calls to say there was a "scheduling conflict" and they would send only two people and they would be here between 8:00 and 8:30. The next morning the mover calls to confirm the address and says he is coming from Bloomington and it would be another hour before he arrives. He is surprised to learn that we are on the 2nd floor with no elevator (your staff came and viewed our office). He calls the Champaign office to get more help. After several calls, a third guy, then a fourth guy show up. Instead of the anticipated 4-1/2 hours, it took them 6 hours.

The movers - Matt, Derek, Austin, and Jordan - were extremely professional and friendly at the same time. They had great senses of humor and were extremely polite. They were very careful with everything, and patient as we decided on the location of some things at the last minute. Despite it being one of the coldest days of the year, they were cheerful and made what can be a very stressful process as easy as possible for us. I work for The Baby Fold, and Two Men & A Truck did a great job moving one of our schools to a new location, so my wife and I thought we'd try them for an in-town move. We are extremely glad that we did!

These guys were great! From the availability and flexibility as winter weather set in, they were friendly and completely accommodating. I will absolutely use their services again. And I wish I would have written down the movers names because I would like them to move me next time too!

The guys who moved my stuff were prompt, explained things well, were careful with my stuff, cared about my situation, and just over all great people. 10/10 would use again.

Amazing! Less than stellar weather, but ZERO complaints. They were kind, courteous, and professional. They went above and well beyond our expectations!!!

Aaron and Makari are very professional, polite, and wonderful to work with. Aaron took the time to review paperwork and costs with me and made sure he answered any questions that I had. Together they worked as a team to make sure my belongings were wrapped securely and correctly before placing them securely in the truck for the drive across town. They again worked together as a team to move my belongings into my new residence. Once their job was finished, they made sure any unanswered questions were taken care before leaving. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck, Aaron and Makari to friends and family. When I move in the future, I would without a doubt hire Two Men and a Truck again and request Aaron and Makari. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my move.
