Loading the truck was good, but the unload was very slow - took twice as long to unload. Normally unloading is 1/2 the time as loading. Also, the older of the two movers had alcohol on his breath around noon. That didn't seem to impair him but the move should have taken 1.5 - 2 hrs less than it did.

My entire moving crew, including the packers on day 1 (Ivan and Blake) and the movers on day 2 (Aleks and Ivan), were AMAZING. They were all friendly and good at explaining the entire process. I had tons of questions and appreciated their patience and knowledge.
I had a really rough time with the office staff though. I first worked with Megan and then with Andrea. They apparently both left and I didn't find out until I tried to contact both of them and couldn't. I really wish that someone would have contacted me to let me know a new contact person in case I had questions. Any time I had questions I had an impossible time calling the office to get through to someone.

Want to tell you how great the two guys you sent to move me were  Professional, efficient polite and a delight to have around.  They took care of business in no time.  We had a few laughs, and of course, a picture with Wilson the giraffe.  Your guys named him.  Lol


When it comes time to move again, I'll be dialing your number.  You will come highly recommended by me to others.

I usually used Kenney's Delivery for moving needs. I called twice but there was no answer and no answering machine. A friend recommended Two Men and a Truck. When I called, the office personnel explained everything clearly and asked specific questions as to my moving needs. I was very pleased that my (internal) move could be accomplished in a couple of days as I had had a large sideboard sitting in my hallway for over a week, which was not exactly convenient. On moving day I was called because the movers had gotten done earlier than planned and could get to my house about an hour and a half sooner than originally stated. They arrived and soon had two heavy items relocated for us. I most definitely will call them for any future moving needs. I felt the price was reasonable, too.

The 2 men assigned to our move, Macarry (sp?) and Aaron, were great! Hardworkers, conscientious, positive, adaptable, expert packers, and strong.
The truck...if there is only size, and we had been moving our entire house and garage with this truck, I estimate it would take 3+ loads and at least a two day job. Another factor is estimating the cost of the job over the phone based on a typical ‘piece to time’ involved. Although I liked the convenience, if the cost estimate was quoted in person, they would have seen it would take longer than the guideline followed. Wintry weather was also a factor. Our job took 14 not 6 hours, I anticipated 8-10. But, our guys were great to the end! They told us when we move again we can ask for them, which we will absolutely do, they were that good.

I would highly recommend Two Men & A Truck to all my family and friends! First, the office staff conducted a live video tour of my house with me, to familiarize themselves with the various rooms, furniture, and belongings that I needed packed and moved, and were able to provide me with accurate estimates up front. The packing happened a day before the move, and their team was so friendly, courteous, and personable, taking great care with my belongings. On moving day, the same team, joined by two additional movers, did an outstanding job working their Tetris magic in the trucks with everything I own in the world. I was impressed by the leadership, coordination, and communication among the team. And they were also the greatest bunch of guys to spend the day with! With genuine thanks.

The moving crew was fantastic. The office, moving estimate, was terrible. The estimate, which we based our on was horrific. Estimate was off by more than double the charge. Based on one truck, it took two and still didn't get everything. I walked through the house and explained each room, what was there. Total gimmick to get the move, once they start they have you. After seeing what was happening I called office, thought there should be some adjustment in the bill, got nothing

I was really pleased with my movers Russell, Matt and Gary! They were professional, courteous with calling before moving time, very careful and knowledgable with moving my various types of furniture and moved my family in a timely manner! I will definitely reuse this service in the near future.

First impression was the person who answered the phone,very pleasant and lead me through the the process.Gave me an estimate of low and high and explained the differences.The movers called when they were on their way at the given time.They introduced themselves,took an inventory walk through,informed us how they were going to proceed,they were efficient and experienced.When moved to new location they moved items where we wanted,explained the bill,gave us a copy,I was completely satisfied and will recommend and would use again!

my first experience wasn't as positive, but I will definitely call again when I need a similar delivery.
