The office person that I set the move up was nice and courteous. The movers were fine accept the lead person that had me sign the paperwork was not friendly at all. They took care of the furniture but the glass was still broken in one of my pieces. Avery from the office contacted me to arrange for replacement of the glass. He set the appointment at 10:30 to meet at the storage locker where the unit was stored. He did not show. when I CALLED HIM and asked why he was not at our 10:30 meeting time and location, he said he had been pulled into a meeting and would be leaving shortly. Someone finally arrived at 11:06. My husband waited for 36 minutes at the storage facility which is unacceptable. The glass cannot be replaced by an identical product, I am very disappointed.

The workers were awesome but they need some rain coats poor guys got soaked but did amazing job. We will ask for them again if we need them to.

The moving team was great. Broke one item and tried to hide it but.....ultimately admitted they broke it. I was disappointed they didn't bring it to my attention. After the move was over they had inadvertently left 2 glass pieces on the truck but immediately brought them over. I would definitely use again.

Two Men And A Truck made my move easy and efficient. They took great care with my belongings, were courteous and worked well as a team. I will refer Two Men And A Truck anytime I can to people on the move!

Due to a office error, I had to call back to receive a confirmation. They were able to start early, which was nice, as the crew that was supposed to help were stuck on a job that took longer than expected. It was unsettling that two crew members seemed to be fooling around, and as a result, missed a step, nearly dropping my couch. One crew member almost fell, hitting his back hard against a wall. One of both of them could have been hurt.
