Parked across my driveway and needed to be asked to move their truck so I could put uhaul in driveway. Arrived w/o load kit, loaded only 6 ft of 26 ft truck with boxes, Wrapped only 1 sectional, 3 nightstands and two dressers in 3 hours! Constantly talking and joking around, even heard saying "We're going to get fired!" Said they had another job and needed to leave at noon. The more my friend and I did taking boxes to the driveway, the slower they seemed to work. They would maneuver items around furniture instead of moving it or using the straight hallway to the front door. They dropped bed rail on unwrapped nightstand causing damage, caused wall damage by not exiting through straight hallway, refused to leave furniture protective wrap so I could finish the job. Very stressful experience!!

Very disappointed. Had used before and service was good, this time terrible. Walls were scratched. Floors were scratched. Haven’t got apology from local office or heard back on claims.

My brother and father recommended TMAAT and I was very impressed with the office staff. But when I called back I was made to believe I would be over the limit, causing me to drive unnecessary loads to Chicago myself and the movers, those pleasant and very nice, seemed to be more focused on time rather than my items. My grandfathers vintage trunk was damaged, a bookshelf broken, a door damaged and a tub completely dumped and repacked damaging hundreds of dollars of baking items without anyone alerting me. I am very disappointed with the services I received. Again, the movers we very pleasant and did apologize for the trunk and bookshelf, but the tub of damaged baking items were hastily repacked and unmentioned, as if I would not notice. I do not think I will be recommending this company

Dylan and John were the two man team on the day of my move. They worked in the rain for majority of our time together. Not once did either of them complain. Dylan is so respectfully-his mannerisms are unlike anything you witness these days from young adults. John was happy to follow his lead, which speaks volumes! The only issue I have to report is my couch was damaged on both ends from the guys’ struggles/handlings getting it in and out. We submitted a claim, so I look forward to hearing from you to get that resolved. Other than that, everything was great! I will definitely recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in the future.

Guys were great! Yes my desk broke in transit but that could have happened to anyone. I have never seen anyone’s face look so disappointed!

Broke my glass to my China Hutch, didn’t put down anything on carpet to walk on as we had new flooring. Smelled of cigarette smoke very badly.
Got things moved quickly and easily.

- LATE: They called and arrived late.
- ATTITUDE: One mover had a very poor attitude and not courteous. The worker apologized for his coworker’s “bad attitude and laziness” as he clearly saw his inappropriate behavior as well.
- SLOPPY: Contents of a closed container fell out in driveway while unpacking. They did not pickup and left it.
- DAMAGE: Broke leg off a dresser on stairs during move. Told Mgr would repair. Mgr never did. Also, scrapped and scuffed up stair walls without any mention or apology. Remains damaged.
- CUSTOMER HELPED MOVE!: One mover sat in the truck waiting to go to the unload when the other mover asked ME THE CUSTOMER to help him move the remaining items! I was SHOCKED that I had to help move stuff. THIS is why I hired TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!

When Two Men and a Truck arrived, I was thrilled with their work. The office staff was incredible, fast, reliable and friendly. Day one of move day was impressive. There were 5 guys, all were very friendly. Three of them worked great!! Worked extremely hard and fast. Took extreme caution with our things. However, day two was a different story. There were 6 guys. The leader and two other guys were great as the day before. But 3 weren't. Unloading was very disappointing. Our things didn't go where they should, things were damaged, they were going as fast as they could to just get the job done. At the end, they told us that a tip was mandatory!!!! I thought that was extremely unprofessional. Not happy with the end result and day two. Marking as acceptable, but could be poor.

Our experience was excellent until the very end. A piece of furniture was broken by the movers, they were extremely apologetic, took complete responsibility, and told us the company would make everything right. We were told we would receive a call from the office the following morning as it was already past 5. It is now four days and two phone messages later and we still have not heard from anyone about how this will be remedied. Extremely disappointed given the excellent service we received up to this point.

- The movers did not wrap our furniture with drawers, but the office told us they would.
- a hole was put into the door of our previous apt which will be deducted from our deposit.
- a few of our items never made it to the new apt.
-it's been a few days and I have yet to hear from the office about remedies (and yes we purchased the 30$ incidental.)
