The office staff who took my initial phone call was very nice. However, I called back to tell her I thought I would perhaps need all day (instead of partial day she estimated) as many items weren't on the list. She said not to worry, the movers could stay all day as long as I was willing to pay the hourly rate. However, they sent a part time mover who had to leave early. We were very concerned!!! But I am VERY thankful that the manager got involved and called two extra movers from another office (Bloomington) and we had 3 men for the remainder of the day. All 3 men were very courteous and excellent movers. We are very grateful they were willing to stay late to complete the move. The ending time was calculated accurately and the movers handled the business end well. Thank you very much!

I was thrilled with the way they protected my goods. Very caring and meticulous when preparing to move them. They were very congeal with me and happy while they were working. They protected the carpeting while they were coming and going out. (It was between rain and snow and the temperature was 1 degree. They also did not take a break. The last time I moved it took the mover 3 hours to load and when Two Men moved me it took 1hour and 45 minutes to load. (Same amount of goods). I will recommend your company to others!!

Crew was very good! It was very cold so they were dressed warmly in coveralls andamp; boots. Lead was excellent--communication, service, he bent over backwards to do anything he could for us. One of the guys was a little negative so that it was noticeable, but it wasn't horrible. They worked really well together. They exceeded my expectations overall.

The two men helped us defined where to take our donated furniture to. It was actually a great experience and we took it to the correct place for what we wanted to do. Thanks to them!

From start to finish my experience with Two Men and a Truck in Champaign IL was fantastic! From the original communication via email for a quote, to the professional office staff that followed up via phone and email confirmation, my AMAZING moving team, and phone call follow-up after my move, this organization exceeded my expectations. Lalani, Champaign, was most professional person I have ever been served by. She drove on ice/snow covered roads andamp; worked in below -14 temps which felt colder due wind. She went right to work, didssassembeling. 1 piece required more than 2 people andamp; she arranged for that mistake to be corrected. (This apparently should have been detected during previous walk through.) It was all worked out. Her attitude was andquot;nose to the grindstoneandquot;, no chit chat, attn to detail andamp; friendly. I had complete confidence in her. I predict she will achieve in life whatever she sets out to do andamp; you are lucky to have her.

Our crew (Joe, Derek, Brandon, and Cody were all terrific. They worked well together and were supervised and directed expertly by Joe. They went over and above what was expected under very adverse weather conditions.
