The office is a mess. It causes a lot of heartburn for customers and the drivers. Amazing amount of paperwork expected of the crew at the end of a very physical working day. They should have more support from the office.

Estimators should come out. If the office doesn’t understand what the customer wants or says they need, they should escalate with a supervisor rather than creating a bad job

Dan and Rodney were helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and great to work with. They took very good care of all my things, and moved my office in a short period of time. The office staff got a 4 because there was a staff change which resulted in a strange handoff. I rated them a 5 at first but changed it since I didn't like it as well as I like the movers. Maybe I'd rate the office staff 5 & movers 8.

Gage, Trent, Brian, and Shane did a great job! Very professional and courteous. Took the time to fully understand our needs.

Our movers were FANTASTIC! I unfortunately don't remember their names, but it was whoever did our move from Normal to Peoria on 3/31/22. They were so quick and at the same time handled everything with care. This was my second time using your services and I've been impressed both times.

Braxton, Caleb, and Spencer did an amazing job with our move. They were professional, very efficient with our time, and very accommodating. They busted their butts and completed some very difficult moves within tight spaces dealing with some pretty large objects. Couldn’t be more pleased with the job those guys did for us and also very pleased with the price. Thank you all very much!

Our moving team (Brandon C and Tyrik H) was excellent. Good communication, beyond polite and genuinely nice guys!!

The whole day was a disaster. There wasn’t enough time allotted. We needed more people and trucks. We ended up having to rent a Uhaul truck as well. They should have sent someone out to see what we needed moved first. During the walk through, we were told everything would fit and be fine, but they kept back peddling. Very nice people, but it added a ton of stress to an already stressful day.

Had a good experience with the moving team that moved my furniture they were polite and followed all instructions that I needed and did a very good job

Amazing and quick work, cheaper than quoted and the team were friendly and very professional. Definitely will use them again in the future.
