I had a 4 bedroom house and it took 19 hours to get me moved. It was snowing and they had to quit moving the day before I was supposed to be out of my house. The office manager didn't want them to start first thing in the morning she was going to have them come later in the afternoon when the house wasn't even mine at that time. I explained they should finish my job before starting someone else. She was rude. The guys were nice, but slow. All the boxes were in the garage and it shouldn't have taken them that long to load. When they left on Thursday they know how much was left and said that it would only take another 2 hours. 7 hours later and the truck being partially unloaded they still weren't done. The main reason I hired movers is to move a big TV and they decided they couldn't

We were aware of the upcoming weather that was to take place on your move date and we reached out in advance to come up with the best resolution. We had to reschedule your move after some time of pushing through the weather. We had scheduled the remainder of your room for the afternoon the following day for the safety of our employees. There were no jobs booked that morning previous to your move due to the weather and your job was the first our crew tended to the following day. Our guys also faced the delay of the walkway of the home not being shoveled and ready for the remainder of the move. Our team was more then pleased to move the t.v. you are talking about but due to liability issues we were unable to complete that. If we have overlooked any issues or concerns you may have in regards to your move please reach out to us We greatly appreciate your business!</div>

Kyle and Austin were amazing. I never thought I would need movers because I could do it myself, but because of the weather I needed the help. I was so impressed with the service, I will never move without movers again. They worked harder and faster than I ever could and never let the weather conditions deter them. My moving day was the worst! Freezing rain which progressively got worse. The two men on the truck slipped and even fell once or twice on the ice, but never quit. It was important to me to get moved and they finished the job. Even apologized for the job taking longer than it normally would. I was grateful and told them.

They were a bit to casual and I am missing some items i know they put on the truck. All in all the office staff were excellent but the movers were a bit lazy and forgetful.

Kris and Ryan did a great job moving my furniture. They were polite and careful, and worked at a quick pace to get everything moved efficiently. I would highly recommend Two men and a truck and will definately use their services again in the future.
