Experience was great! Movers were professional and courteous. There were a few dings in the wall after they moved me in but that is to be expected when moving heavy furniture through narrow hallways and stairways. I actually recommended them to my neighbor right after they finished moving me in. Would use again.

They did get the wrong Address to where I was moving from to where I was moving to, other than them being two hours late because of the miss information they had in their paperwork other than that it was great I would use them in the future to move

I thought they worked at a good pace and the furniture they did wrap was wrapped well, however they should have wrappped all the furniture besides the bed. The antique rocking chair was not wrapped and part of it was broken. I also never got my step ladder which i need to hang curtains and such. But overall, it was a good experience and went smoothly.

Our move could not have gone any smoother. The 3 team members were efficient, careful and very friendly. The heat and humidity that day was unbearable, however they continued with their work as if it was a 65 degree day!

I responded to my on-line quote to schedule the move and the e-mail was not received. Not sure if I was to blame or not. I know the e-mail was sent. Movers were polite and very respectful. Not a easy move for them....little house and small doorways

I love the customer service on the phone. We had a good laugh or two over some computer issues. They again called the day before to make sure everything was on schedule. When Keegan, Nolan and Nate started from Davenport, they called with the time they were leaving and the estimated time of their arrival. Down to Business! After a quick walk through, they were like a well oiled machine! The biggest obstacle was my blind dog. The move went well, the guys were not only courteous, polite and conscience but they listened well and had a great sense of humor. If and when we move again, I hope Keegan, Nolan and Nate are my guys. Thanks you for superior service. Chris & John
