Cleaning out the river cabin that had been in our family since 1944 was going to be an emotional chore for me. We have used TMandT several times in Atlanta; my sister used it twice to move my Illinois niece to Manhatten. In QC Sara was professional and efficient quoting prices and sending emails. MATT and Keegan gave me a 30 minute on our way phone call and greeted me with handshakes. They were thorough efficient quick and conscientious in wrapping furniture and placing it in truck. When we asked them to move a 10 ft taxidermy sailfish they professionally outlined their concerns, called their supervisor and asked us to sign a waiver -- all done in a how we can do it carefully manner not cya as some companies would. I appreciated sara's in progress phone call. Well done all!

We were extremely pleased with the prompt, efficient service we received from your team. Matt, Christian and Freddy were friendly, energetic, and focused on the work that had to be done. They used their time wisely and did not waste even a moment. Our condo is on the second floor with no elevator, so our move was not an easy one. We want to thank your team for a job well!

Our movers, Ben, Kyle, and Keegan, showed up promptly. They did a walk through to confirm everything with us. All furniture was wrapped and protected for the move. They were all polite, pleasant and accommodating. We would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to others and will use them again in the future if needed.

Moving is not a fun thing to do regardless. However, 2 Men and a Truck, we used them twice for our move, was a wonderful experience. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the company as a whole, including the office staff, and especially our movers Francis, Ben, Brandon and Derk. My movers were good other than thinking they needed to remove a part off of the refrigerator to get it through the doorway. I told them not to worry about it and my husband would have the appropriate tool. My husband said all he needed to do was put the refrigerator through the doorway the opposite direction. I hope they didn't spend much time trying to remove that piece... I didn't get consistency in the office with availability. When transferred, I ended up with voicemail and it took a little over 24 hours to hear back. All in all a good experience but there is generally room for improvement;-)

The movers that we had (Brandon G and Malcom) were excellent. They made sure all of the belongings were wrapped to avoid damage and were very careful in packing and unpacking. They were very accommodating when we reached the destination and helped us to arrange the furniture as we needed it. They even helped to load a heavy piece of furniture that we could not fit into the apartment back into my cousin's SUV. They were very friendly and respectful. Thank you for the excellent service from the beginning (making the reservation) to the end (follow up phone call) of this process.
