The movers came at the planned times. They wore shoe covers so they didnandacirc;??t dirty the carpet. They were friendly and fast and so professional. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. From my call to the company to the last piece of furniture it was a great experience. They also explained the bill and asked if we had any questions. For a worry free move call trap men and a truck!

The first time they moved me I did not no what things looked like until second men brought back my furniture. My furniture was in storage 3 months that is why I used you the next time. Second set of boys were Excellent I would not use your company again or recommend them. They are sending someone Monday to put my fire place back together. And take care of scratches on furniture But said ther was nothing she could do about my boxsprings being torn . Sorry I fell this way but has been a big inconvenience for me I paid what they ask.

I am glad you contacted us for feedback. My husband and I were going to write a separate letter but this saves me time.
We wanted to tell you how absolutely wonderful Freddy, Kyle, Drek and Jermey were during the move! They did an excellent job safely wrapping and moving all of our furniture and were very professional and polite. They even had considerable patience when having to disassemble a treadmill to get it downstairs.
Please forward this to their supervisors to let him/her know how absolutely thrilled we were with the initial proposal process, the scheduling and the actual move! I worked with Sara on the front end and she was also wonderful.
