EXTREMELY polite men. Very caring made sure everything was exactly where my 92 year old mother wanted it.

Two Men and a Truck are wonderful! They are friendly, helpful, and hard workers. They care about the community and do so much to help others.

Two Men and a truck were fantastic....the office staff was awesome with impeccable follow-up and follow- thru, as Morgan and Danielle were efficient with quoting and keeping me informed of when the crew could be expected...Dale (driver) Kaleb and Seth were efficient, careful, and polite. We would highly recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK! Thank you!

The movers scratched two pieces of furniture and a damage report would be done. I have yet to be contacted regarding this matter. The manner of their move was less than professional. A desk was tipped onto it's side to be moved, displacing all the contents. They took much too long to move the contents of the apartment. They moved from one building to another by walking the items through an apartment building to reach the correct building. Having put the items in the truck and moving them to the other building would have been a more efficient use of their time and energy. This was the third time we have made this move. Never has it taken this long. The movers were nice guys, but the move was a frustration for us.

My move completed on September 25, 2019. Had some repairs and i have not been contacted ad of today when the corrections will be completed. No contact on this at all. I have called office and sent pictures.

I have been trying to get in contact with Danielle and Kyle at our local office for about two weeks in regards to the way our move went. They have been entirely unresponsive to me with voicemails and emails sent.We have had furniture medic at our house which showed up late and called to schedule their appointment for all the repairs late as well. Being a very active real estate agent in our market at this point I highly do not recommend 2 Men And A Truck because of our horrible experience that still is not resolved.

I have utilized the services twice thus far, and had minimal issues with previous. This time it was extremely different and difficult. My husband is currently deployed, and I was the only one able to oversee the move. I was given 3 young men who were polite. My issue with the team is that the leader, tried to tackle things on his own, breaking my bed post. I understand it was composite wood that was holding the bolts, but if he had utilized another tea member he would not have broken my bed post. Then he turns around and makes me sign a waiver for it, when he knew he was at fault. Then he did not report the damage he had caused on it. The next issue is that it took them longer to try to put my bed together and kept trying to force things when they did not fit. More complaints to follow.

Poor from beginning to end. I struggled to get a quote. Then the team struggled to load. A manager had to be sent to help. They showed up to the delivery 2 hours late. The movers did not have drinks on a 90 plus day. We provided them drinks of course. Movers left multiple items outside in the rain. When damage was discussed with the office it would take days to get a response. I apologize for the low office rating. Tristan did a nice job of communicating and trying to explain what was going on. Danielle was unresponsive and over generalized in her process. At no point did I feel like Danielle cared that the team at Two Men and A Truck cost me thousands of dollars. Due to the lack of communication, I have asked my company to not use your company. That is 10K employees.

Several pieces of my furniture was damaged during the moves. I say "moves", because the truck was not big enough resulting in the movers taking part of my furniture to one location, then coming back to the house to finish the move to the other location, causing added time expense. They were also late arriving to start the move.

They damaged a very valuable oriental table. They must have piled something heavy on it because a piece of ivory was broken off. The top part of Ivory piece is smashed into pieces. This cannot be repaired.
