I had difficulty getting office to return messages to get the move set up, move was scheduled for afternoon 12:30, they did not arrive until 5:00.

Appreciate the opportunity to pass along a few comments about my experience this past weekend with Two Men and a Truck. From the start, office person Sara provided the information I needed and asked me all the right questions. Very professional! Cannot say enough good things about the the two men - Matt and Francis - who helped with the move. They explained all of the pertinent information early on making sure that I understood all of the charges, etc. They were very thoughtful in their packing of the items and transport. They were friendly and courteous - yet also professional. Will definitely consider Two Men and a Truck in the future and will highly recommend them to my contacts involved in a move of any kind. Both the office employees and the movers were awesome. Both were very courteous, respectful and willing to answer any questions.
My one big complaint was that at one point in time I had bedbugs, but I had it treated and would have been able to provide a receipt showing such. Still the the movers stated they would not be able to move any cloth items. I realize this was not the gentlemen moving my belongings fault. I think this is a policy that needs to be revised.

I was delighted with Andrew, Nick and Jay! They all three went above and beyond to safely load andamp; move my furnishings on a cold-rainy day. They made sure all my items went to the rooms I needed them in. They utilized padded corner protectors and runners to protect my home. Half way through the move we did a walk through to make sure we were on track. Once everything was in they moved my furniture exactly where I wanted it. Sarah in the office helped me get my moving plans started andamp; kept I touch with me through the move. Everyone was professional, courteous and exceeded my expectations! Moving is a stressful process, Two Men and A Truck services delivered in their promise to make my move stress-free! You nailed it guys!

Tyler and Paige were great! I didnandacirc;??t have a lot of stuff to move but it went super fast even though I was moving to a second floor apartment. Definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck, Iandacirc;??ll be using their services again myself in the future.

The ,overs were slow. They did not have to move any boxes as previously told. They arrived and started to wrap the furniture and after almost finish wrapping the furniture I left to assist my family in taking all the boxes to my storage facility down the street. I informed the movers I was leaving to take my boxes and would return in about an half hour. I came back after 35 minutes and the movers were just putting the second piece of furniture on the truck. I asked them why were they just putting the second piece on the truck after all that time and they said they were wrapping the furniture. They were trying to run my time longer since they did not have to move the boxes. I called the office and they said they would remove a 1/2 hr. of my time but my bill was the same. No longer will use.
