Excellent customer service. I feel that the trucks need to be equipped with lifts due to safety. The movers had to maneuver a slick ramp due to the snow and constantly had to sweep it of plus carry heavy items off the truck. Very dangerous, if someone slipped and a heavy item fell.

The guys were great! They were efficient and careful. Explained everything well! The office gals were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would use them again!

There was a little glitch initially re the on site inspection which never took place but the office staff dealt with it and took care of the problem to my satisfaction. Customer service concerning the issue was excellent. Moving guys were great- courteous, respectful, and very conscientious of my furniture. Would definitely recommend and use Two Men and a Truck again for future moves. Thank you!

The movers were quick, careful and efficient. Very detail oriented. From care of my stuff to safety procedures with their truck - high quality work all around. Excellent value for the $ paid.

Two Men and a Truck were available immediately, which is what I needed. I needed to have a piano moved quickly and they got it done the next day! Matt, Francis and Jay were delightful young men who were very professional but also very enjoyable and charming! Thank you, guys! I will call on you again if I need anything!

Fantastic crew! Had to move our belongings to a temporary storage facility until our new home is complete--want the same crew when that day comes!

A number of items specifically noted to be moved (a gas grill, push lawn mower, some furniture items, patio furniture, a four drawer file cabinet, bed frame, stereo system, etc.) were not, including three wardrobe boxes we purchased to be moved. The glass top of a desk was not moved and no mention of it not being moved. The office person thought I had boxes when I was requesting boxes. The office (one hour away) sent the needed boxes and we were able to stay ahead of packing them to be loaded. The crew arrived late and took frequent breaks. They were courteous, though. Thanks for the opportunity to share our experience. It was not clear in the contract that the crew could not do certain things (although when I printed th contract not all of it printed.

In a pinch, and had a cancellation, and they got me right in. Great job to the whole team. The move wasn't easy, but they got it done. Thanks Tony and Chris.
