I feel like the move took longer than it should have moving so few items. I also requested a call ahead as my current home is 30 minutes away from my previous. I did revive the call but the call was done on a private cell phone and no message was left for me initially. A message was only left after they were already there waiting on the time clock already.

They left a lot of stuff behind. They floated the whole truck. I moved everything from the old house in a 20 foot uhaul. They moved everything from a storage situation and brought a 28 ft moving van and left me with 6+ pickup loads. They left a lot of things sitting in the driveway of the pickup location as well as tables face down on concrete with nothing underneath.Will never use you guys again.

The whole process was unbelievably smooth from the first call to the move. Our 2 movers worked non-stop for over 9 hours. They were respectful & polite even though they must have been exhausted. It was probably a 3 man job but they handled it like champs. At one point our dog disappeared and they even helped us search. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had an amazing moving experience with your company. The three guys that moved my home did it with such care and professionalism. They were amazing! I had Jav, Alex, and Terince. They did an amazing job! I would recommend them to anyone! They were so professional and they worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect! I have a lot of stairs and some very challenging pieces, they did great!

The team of 3 men (H,L,T) that you sent to move our piano were extremely professional, customer focused, & respectful of our house, furniture & time. They provided exceptional service & met all my expectations for the relocation of the piano. They called before their visit to let me know they were on their way. The 2 gentleman were fast, efficient and helpful. Highly recommend. Eli was the one on my paperworkandi feelawful, but i can't remember the other guy's name, but they were both amazing. Thanks so much for helping me not freak out so much about moving!

From the office team to the moving team everything was great. The movers were very polite and quick to get things done. Lots of yes ma’am, thank you ma’am, and small talk made the experience super personal and enjoyable.
