Movers were arguing out in my driveway as well as inside my house, using profanity, berating each other. Put several dents in the walls of the new house. Seemed annoyed to be working late. I have used two men and a truck several times and this is a first for this poor of an experience!

This was an emotional day for us, when the truck pulled up I had some tears. The team was awesome in helping me get through it with humor and sensitivity. They were awesome and before long we were joking and laughing. They did a great job and made it fun !!!

Communication from the office on arrival of the staff of Two Men and A Truck was good. The two men who came were courteous, efficient, and respectful. They explained what they were doing. I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck in the Spring for removal of furniture and highly recommend them.

I was quoted over the phone for needing 1 truck and 3 guys from 8:30 to 5:30 and ended needing another truck and 2 more guys to complete the move. So, my estimated moving costs doubled which I wasn't happy about. Not sure if there is anything you can do for me on that piece of it.

Hello Rob, we do our best to estimate as accurately over the phone as we can, unfortunately, there are rare instances where moves are larger than we anticipate. The moving crew was helpful but all I needed was a refrigerator moved from A to B. The service ended up taking longer than they anticipated and wound-up costing $300. I honored our agreement and tipped my movers but too costly for the service I received.
