Everything went smooth and quick - however I did have a couple of scuff marks on my couch I noticed after the movers left.

I have all old furniture, including many antiques. The men were SO careful with each item, very respectful of my property. They spent a long time trying to get my piano out of a tight spot, making sure they injured neither the piano or the wall. They were careful to place each item in the room I needed it. They adjusted heavy furniture until I was satisfied with the placement. They were polite, sociable, stayed on task, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. If you have any further benefits you could give them to keep them on your staff I believe it would be money well spent.

The office staff took the instructions to my place and did give to the drivers. 2 other companies that I used during this time brushed me off and had to call me when they got lost. Since I was paying for time already it was nice they used the directions: they showed up exactly on time went right to work when they showed up they took instructions well! They were very personable while working. They wrapped up nicely and I was well pleased!!!

Devon & TJ were polite &friendly. Even offering additional help when they saw a possible need. I can't think of enough good to say about them. I would definitely ask for them if I was moving again. Office staff were excellent also and took the time to explain the options available. A company is only as good as its people and you have some very good employees.
