Everyone I talked to was helpful and cheerful throughout the process. I went in to the office and someone ran over to greet me and even ran boxes out to my car. The movers were the best I've ever seen. They were fast and didn't care when I changed my mind about where i wanted something. They took care with my stuff and nothing was damaged either. I should also say that all employees seemed genuinely happy to work there- it didn't seem put on or fake like at some companies. I would use Two Men and a Truck again and will recommend them to everyone I know!

For starters, the movers introduced themselves and asked our names. They were fast and professional; they treated our worn out old family spinet as if it was a Steinway. They were pleasantly conversational and they were nice. Two Men and a Truck was recommended by Reiman's Music in Ames and I will be sure to let the store know how pleased we were with their recommendation.

I have a couple of complaints.....1) my queen platform bed was not put back together correctly 2) an L shaped wooden office desk was not put back together and the hardware is missing 3) furniture taken to the basement, sofa sectional was not put back together and the pillows were just thrown on the floor, also left all of the plastic wrapping on the end table and coffee table. Of the two guys, the young man was a hard worker and delightful.....the older guy, not so much

The movers were awesome. My mother moved from her home to a retirement apartment which would have been difficult under most circumstances. Our movers were kind and respectful, listening to her requests as they packed and loaded the items important to her. They were able to calm her concerns and made the move as easy for her as possible. We will continue to use Two Men and a Truck for our moving needs, without question.

The guys showed up a little yearly. Went right to work. We had some big head boards they had to maneuver in small places, they knew how to handle it without any problems. They put everything where I asked them to. Did a great job.Would definitely recommend them.
