This was my third time using two men and a Truck. I thought it would have been nice to have a little discount, plus my daughter used your trucks for move 1 month before my move. also I was told by office that I need to remove items from dresser & chest drawers.....I never had to do before.

The movers were nice but extremely slow. Was billed for 6.25 hours when it should have taken about 4 hours, at most. The movers were extremely slow. Took a 50 minute lunch and billed me for 20 minutes of that 50 minutes. The movers broke two of my items. They didn't move an oil painting. The pictures I had in storage were wrapped in towels/blankets - the movers did not bring any of the towels/blankets (left in my storage) so I had nothing to use to wrap the pictures in at my new home. Overall, I was extremely disappointed and felt taken advantage of as being a single female. I used your services before and had a great experience - very efficient and fast. This time, the movers moved at a turtles pace to get paid more. Will NEVER use again nor would I ever recommend.

Movers arrived early, did tour and got right to moving. They were efficient and careful. The payment came in less then the quote. Would use them again!
