I know that you try to explain second dispatch, but to expect to move around noon and have the crew arrive a 3:30 radically changes expectations for the day. I worked with other moving companies and none of them have such a wide window of possible show-up times. I'll never use this company again unless I have a first dispatch move and a firm show-up time.

The move was quick and easy and the movers were efficient and thorough and professional. I didn't care for my initials being used to indicate that I checked the truck to make sure everything was off-loaded when I nor my sister, who accepted the delivery, did.

My moving team was amazing! The job they had showed was much smaller than what was actually communicated to the office that it would be and they still did everything without question, even for a Friday night. Everything was well taken care of and moved quickly!

The team didn’t show up until 5:15 when it was scheduled for around 12:30, but fully understanding second dispatch can really be any time! I was contacted at 1:30pm stating teams were running late and I would for sure get moved that day. I appreciated that reassurance! The team worked quickly and efficiently. They were also super polite, willing to help with anything. Satisfied with my move!

Everything went very smoothly. We had the furniture ready to go. The moving team landed on time (3 very nice guys, with senses of humor to match). Even though they had to deal with an elevator and carry the furniture out of the building (couldn't back truck into building garage) to the truck, we were loaded in no time. Unloading went just as smooth. We were done faster than we anticipated.

The move could not have gone better! Matt and Teja were very professional and personable. They were very careful and efficient. I would use them again without hesitation!!
