My name is Robert and my move to Illinois was seemless thanks to Jerry and Kevin. The team arrived exactly at 830am as they said they would. They were very confident in their expectations of the overall time needed and the overall logistics of that day and even the next. Both Kevin and Jerry were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Yet, they told us what we needed to do and didn't beat around the bush. I expect that and appreciate it. The next day they were again, right on time and very helpful. They moved everything into the proper room and was abnormally careful about the woodwork and walls. When I need two movers again, I want both Kevin and Jerry. My only regret is that I wasn't able to tip them more than I did. They deserve much more than what I offered. Thanks guys! You ROCK!!!

The guy who originally took my order didn't seem too friendly and seemed to want to rush the ordering process, but everyone else I interacted with for this move was excellent in every way. The movers went above and beyond, even on one of the hottest days of the year, and were very friendly, courteous, and personable. The women in your office seem very caring and they were empathetic to the stress moving causes. I and my family members have used Urbandale TMAAT several times, and we are consistently pleased and impressed with the hard-working, friendly people in your employ and how the "men" treat our stuff like it was their own. I love you guys!!! Thank you so much for what you do!

Since our household items were placed in storage, and are stacked & covered with blankets, I hesitated doing your survey. In other words, until we move these items into a new house, I can't tell if anything was damaged. There was a problem I saw with a dresser that I had refinished - coming down a truck ramp, it almost overturned (or maybe it did?), but the landing was out of our sight. Driver says he caught it, but not sure. Also, had bought a cover for an expensive mid century modern sofa. Movers took it off after I told them how much reupholstering had cost. They moved it and started throwing used moving blankets on it until I brought cover to truck and insisted they place on sofa. Seemed to be a little attitude there just before lunch and this was last item loaded.

Our team was Quinton T Alex F and Darrius W. They showed up on time. They were very courteous, helpful, somewhat chatty while they worked and very fun to have this team help us move. They all had a great sense of humor while taking their job very seriously. Did ask us numerous times if we needed help unpacking or putting furniture together such as beds etc. and didn’t hesitate to help with anything we ask. This is the third time in three years I have used two men and a truck, will use them again and continue to recommend your company. We have had different teams every time and always the same experience

I can’t say enough nice things about Bryce & Steven! Super nice, respectful & hard working! Took great care of my furniture & the house I moved out of & into. Felt comfortable leaving them to pack up 1 house while I took a car load to my new house. Price was well worth it! I’d recommend 2 men & a truck
