The office staff was extremely helpful and flexible with my slightly unusual situation! As always, the movers introduced themselves with a handshake, remembered our names, and ended the visit with a handshake. They did a great job of walking through the space we were moving out of and the space we were moving to in order to learn any special requests and placement of furniture at the new space. They really did a great job of asking questions and listening to our wishes. Top notch service all the way!

Overall acceptable but a container was broken and one couch was ripped in a small area and there was no adjustment to price or remediation. Unfortunately I was not there and my aunt who was, was unsure how to address. In my opinion the movers should have observed the damage they caused and addressed themselves. Since the damage was minor I would consider using two men in future but I will pay closer attention.

The guys very very friendly n did a good job of handling my stuff. Especially the concern I had with items I inherited.

Two areas were forgotten, one bathroom and under the sink but no biggie. I recommend this company everytime I get a chance.

Movers we're kind and curteous took time moving big items. Covered doorways and floors and furniture. Overall didn't take them long at all to move our items. Price maybe high but worth it in the end! I would use this service again.

The men did very well but I had them take couch, Love seat and recliner downstairs and they didn’t put the cushions back on the seats and they didn’t put the back on the recliner
