Movers did not listen well. Movers placed items in places explained otherwise for important reasons. Movers decided what packages should be stored and what should be taken into the house without instruction. Movers placed bedroom mattresses and boards directly over long heating elements for bedrooms. Movers placed items into storage in a haphazard way, without instruction whatsoever. Movers took far too much room in my storage by not storing logically or even bothering to find out whether it should go into storage. When one person is in charge of a large move, that person should not be expected to be in four locations at one time to give instructions. Movers should wait for good instruction because a person cannot be in four places at once, rather than assuming they know what to do.

Moving crew was good but I did not appreciate the fact that they were trying to get the job done as quick as possible. In doing so, they disregarded the care for the furniture. In the process of moving the couch from upstairs to downstairs - they caused several tears in the fabric of the couch due to them dragging it along the floor when taking the couch out of the apartment and into the new apartment.

The movers were polite, professional, and worked quickly. They exceeded my expectations. I’m very happy with how everything went.

I was pleased from my call to your office to the two men who came to move our furniture. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The guys who came to the house were entertaining - enjoyed their sense of humor. I've already told friends about what a great experience this was, in a time when customer service seems to be a thing of the past! I will definitely call them again if I have any moving needs.

The guys arrived on time and went right to work. They were helpful in every aspect of the move. They assembled the bed on the delivery end and the whole experience was quite pleasant. The rate was reasonable for the services performed and the whole move came in under the estimate.
