Movers were on time, courteous and extremely hard working. I don't plan on moving again but would highly recommend them to others.

This was by far the easiest and best part of the moving experience! The office staff made scheduling so easy and the call-ahead notification to let us know that the movers were in route was very helpful. Our moving crew was on time, and worked steadily and quickly to transfer our items, and they did so with a pleasant, helpful attitude. They came in under the projected time and cost we were given. We would definitely use this company again, and highly recommend them to anyone who is planning to move. We are usually "do-it-yourselfers", but for the price and for how convenient this was, we would definitely use this company again to save ourselves the time, physical effort, and fatigue.

Our experience was amazing with Two Men and a Truck. James, Semaj, and Matt were so friendly, helpful, and professional. They engaged in conversation and genuinely seemed interested in our move. They treated our belongings with respect and care. I would absolutely recommend Two Men and a Truck and will definitely use them again for future moving needs.

LT and his crew were amazing and the customer service piece was outstanding. All day long he was checking with me to see if there was anything else we needed, things moved to another spot, or how they could best serve me. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There was a new mover who had only worked 1.5 weeks and the others were coaching him on how best to lift things - keep your back straight, lift with your legs, things like that. LT and staff worked their fanny's off and did a great job.

In the middle of a move! I us d 2 Men in a truck as I needed help with loading and unloading of the major furniture! I was by beyond impressed! I used the Urbandale Location! I absolutely loved my team I had for the day! If made me feel like I had family moving me! So professional, but more so down to earth real people!! Made my move easy peasy!!! Would highly recommend this location!!!! I want to extend a special thank you to my team that day for helping me move!!! It made a world of difference to me, plus was a huge time saver!! The amount of time it took I still had most of day to get my errands completed!! 2 Men in a Truck Urbandale Iowa you are amazing!!! Kuddos !!!!

The reason for the acceptable responses it was a little unclear that we absolutely needed to confirm again that we wanted the service. I called on a Monday for service. I clearly stated that I wanted to go ahead and schedule the service because we had no other time to do it. When I received the first email it was unclear that it was just a 'pre-order' and that my service was not confirmed and that I needed to confirm it again. Wasn't my call to schedule in the first place confirmation enough? Either way it was only a miscommunication and it all worked out in the end. I would make certain in the email that you MUST respond or service will be cancelled. Also, we live less than 10 minutes from your office. I was told cost was from the time they left/return. To allow 25min to return seems hi
