The move was perfect except for one miss hap with scratching the hardwood floor on the master bedroom :(
All "Two Men And A Truck" employees on this job were very professional, GREAT attitude and gave GREAT customer service; something you should be proud of!

Everything was great besides damaging some out door lighting. The lights are broken and will not stand up. They are the ones wired in the ground and not such an easy fix. Manager said they would fix the issue and to text him pictures. I texted twice and have not heard a response

The moving team did a good job, they just didn’t protect our houses or the items as well as I would have liked. We noticed a couple things damaged the day of the move and then several more afterwards. I know it is hard to protect everything, and the company is taking care of the major issues.

The office staff was very helpful and courteous. However, the moving staff was disrespectful and rude. Our belongings were unloaded into storage and placed, so we do not have access to our things. Large furniture is blocking the entrance. Items were left dirty, scuffed, etc. Without moving everything out, we will not be able to access our belongings.

We have used TM&T 3 times, the first time was awesome, second time we had one item broke and were reimbursed, but the third time not so good. The crew was in a hurry and one was on his phone quite a bit, while a crew member was bringing in our footboard for our king size bed (very heavy)damaged the wall on the corner and put a gash in the footboard one of our set of end tables was broken and I was told the leg fell off( it was shattered. At this time everything is still unresolved, but it has only been a couple days and I hope to be able to give a update later.

Mason and Bradley were awesome moving my fiance's apartment he keeps here in Columbus. I am hoping they will be available to do my first move from my "big" house next week. It will take about 3 moves, some to a storage unit as I am downsizing considerably to this temporary house. They handled my things with the utmost care. I couldn't have been more pleased.

The manager Tyrone and his crews always render A1 device. This is my 4th time using them and I am always pleased. The movers came prepared to work and were very professional. I will definitely recommend using this company.

Everyone at Two Men and a Truck were top notch. When I needed to change my move date last minute, it was one phone call and no difficulties or upset; they were happy to accomodate my issues. Both my packers and loaders were fast and professional. I would definitely use this company again!

The office staff was very professional and friendly and was helpful. The moving crew, Gerald and Zack were well presented and did a wonderful job taking care of the items being moved. They worked fast in loading and unloading and placed things as we directed. It was a great moving experience.

We have been very pleased with the services provided through Two Men and a Truck. They have always given excellent service. We would highly recommend them for any moving needs!
