I think availability should be given at the time of the estimate. It was disappointing to call and find out my desired date was not available even though that date was listed on my estimate. The movers, overall did a good job. But they put packing tape around my desk with nothing underneath which ended up pulling the finish off. Also I didn't appreciate being told if you move again, don't call two men and a truck because they thought my stuff was heavy. Could have done without the complaints. It was a one bedroom apartment with some office furniture and I was paying them by the hour, so in my mind they had no reason to complain.

Average company average service. Over priced . The 2 hour minimum is a bit much for a 45 minute move . I won't use this company again . There are quite a few companies in town that provide average service at lower prices.

I was very pleased and impressed with the punctuality of the movers, the careful and caring manner in which they handled my possessions, and the timely manner in which they gathered, moved my belongings, and set them up in my new location. They did not waste time trying to prolong the move, thereby increasing the moving fee. They were very professional!

I am a stickler for customer service. All around I was given excellent customer care. From the office staff to moving men to the after service call. A+
