This is my 3rd time using Two Men And A Truck, and I was especially happy with the way the manager came out personally to check on my moving experience. This is a reputable company that definitely takes care of its customers and the office staff was kind and courteous to all of my needs. I will definitely use this moving company again. Our experience on Monday, 3 Aug 2018 was relatively uneventful from 9:20 am, our moving team's arrival time, until roughly 4:40 pm, when the team lead told my husband and I that their quitting time was 5 pm and would return the next day, Tue, 4 Aug 2018, to finish moving us from our Columbia County (Grovetown, GA) home to our new Richmond County (Grovetown, GA) home. We objected and suggested insisted they continue their efforts past their stated quitting time on Monday, 3 Aug 2018 until the job was completed. After about an hour's delay and a number of phone calls to try and speak with an Operations Manager, the team finally showed up at our new house to unload our belongings. Then my husband discovered our shrunk and chiminea had both sustained damage by the moving crew's hands.

The only problem I have is the minimum charge. I would gladly pay a higher hourly rate Paying for time not used is frustrating

Guys were asked to pack move everything from next door to the exact same room. They did not pack anything in boxes, left things in the previous address and placed them anywhere particularly in the front on the kitchen counter. I’m 8 months pregnant and there was a reason we asked for this level of service.

The entire experience was outstanding, from the first inquiring phone call to the departure of the movers after the job was done. Everyone was friendly and professional. The price was reasonable and the value exceptional.
