I recently finalized a divorce and was moving out of my home to a new one with my two children. The whole thing was very stressful, and admittedly emotional. The moving team provided were so courteous and sensitive to all of my needs and requests and even provided some light laughs to ease the day. They were careful with my items, and helpful to my Dad. I could not have moved myself and to have an affordable set of gracious hands like that.... I couldn't thank you all enough.

I cannot remember the names of the 2 men that that moved my dad and his wife, but they went above and beyond. They were extra careful with all their belongings. They expertly wrapped the furniture and televisions, were very careful with breakables and did it all in a timely manner in excruciating heat. I would definitely recommend them. I myself have moved many times over the years and they were the best and most caring of other peoples things that I have ever seen.

I have used TWO MEN & A TRUCK in the past and never had any problems until recently. I had scheduled TWO MEN & A TRUCK to move items from my mom's house to my house on 9/6/18 from 1:30-3:30. The movers never came until 4:30 pm. I called the office 3 times and the staff was never able to give me an estimate as to when to expect the movers at my mom's house. No courtesy call was made to tell me that the movers were going to be late. Only one of the movers was in his uniform (the other was wearing a tank top). Finally, the movers carelessly made a hole in the wall when moving the refrigerator down the hallway towards the kitchen at my house.
I am very dissatisfied with the entire experience and will consider other options if I ever move again.

Movers were respectful but inexperienced. And inexperienced/ new employee should be working with someone who is knowledgeable on how to pack and unload a truck. I would also suggest that your company come out and give estimates and see first hand what has to be moved. I had antiques that had to be moved and they are damaged. Also, movers should not carry a person mattress on their sweaty backs. The guys that moved me worked hard but need to more training to help make their job easier and the move to go smoothly.

The men that moved my belongings did an excellent job. Took 4 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment to the location 15 minutes away. The guys went beyond what they offer. I will surely use the services again if I move again down the road. Being on time was a big thing for me, and they just did that. The moving was estimated to be 2-2.5 hours, but I had some heavy furnitures which are also tricky to move out of the apartment and into the new place. Great job two men and a truck!

Lawrence and Darious were the movers assigned to us. They both were very informative, courteous, prepared and on time. I would highly recommend both Darius and Lawrence and would again request them for their moving expertise.

Movers were unable to move furniture one guy was to small to handle coaches ,which made it hard for the other guy. Even worker complained to us of lack of help, that job shouldn’t have taken so long! Damaged my furniture ,also headboard fell hit family member. Knocked hole in the wall. Many items left at Old residents also new House. We called the Augusta office several times and complained during and after move. Myself and son with others had to assist the two Young men, not adequate movers !!! This is what I paid them to Do!! I was told 2.5 hours to pack and 2.5 hours to deliver. 500 to 700.00 I’m not paying one cent more! It wasn’t even worth that. I need to be compensated for my son and myself time, also damaged items.

Our movers, Steve and Shaman, were excellent! Friendly, funny, and curtious of my family. I highly recommend Two Men!

The first time I used your services, the guys broke my dresser. I didn’t turn it in, I just took it as a lost. I informed this new team of my experience and they were AMAZING. The price was higher than I expected because the job was longer than I expected, but team was so awesome that I really appreciated help. They also knew when to call in another guy. They were great

A week before the move I called again to confirm, everything was set for next Thursday between 12:30 and 2:30pm, they said I would be getting a call about the deposit, don't get why they couldn't take my credit card? Morning of the move I called to be confirm again and was told it wasn't scheduled? Said the called for a deposit, but they didn't leave a message, had my cell phone my wife's cell phone and my email, but made no attempt to contact. Claimed it was an "accidental move"? We had the entire house packed up and had to be out that day. I insisted they had to find someone, after a few minutes of back and forth, Tiffany said someone would be their within the hour. She was a lifesaver. Had me in a panic for a while. The moving crew was great! Fast, efficient, hardworking and careful.
