The movers arrived on time and called me when they were on the way. They were extremely polite and very professional. They worked quickly and had me out of one apartment and into another in no time. Hopefully I wont be moving again but if I do, I will use two men and a truck. Thank you so much.
The ladies in the office were great. I even got a call to see how the movers were doing.

My moving team was efficient, courteous, and professional. DeVonte and Thomas made the whole process super easy and were fun to have around. The schedulers were flexible and communicative, with multiple calls to confirm my appointment time. Would absolutely recommend in the future.

I never love the menu when the phone is answered and I had to leave a message to get called back a few times during this transaction. I liked it when 9 out of 10 times the phone is answered LIVE and in person. I understand the need for systems. But I love personal immediate response.

The two movers worked well together as a team, supporting each other as needed, while getting the job done quickly. They also took the time to make a little small talk to ease my nerves while moving. All went smoothly from booking the move to moving day. Office kept tabs on things and the moving team was careful, smart and made great use of storage space-with room to spare. The guys even helped move a few pieces from one room to another. I felt I was in good hands throughout the process. Clear communication was key and people went above and beyond expectations. This went very well. The team was on time, considerate, hard working and knew exactly what to do. They tolerated my indecision about placement in the new location and took no breaks during the long day. My only regret is that I did not let your team do the packing as well as the moving. The office team, communication and follow up were great.
