Everything was great with my move, because I didn't have a lot to move, and wasn't moving far, just wish I could have booked a shorter than 3 hour time.

It was a good experience from the initial telephone conversation. The two men that moved my property were excellent and had super attitudes. They worked constantly and never slacked. The guys were very respectful towards me. I donandacirc;??t plan on moving again anytime soon but I would use this company again and I will recommend them to anyone I know thatandacirc;??s moving.

I was not pleased with the service once the movers began unloading at our new house. My daughters bed was not put back together once it was placed in her new room. A few boxes that were labeled for a specific room were not placed in the correct room. My husband was at the house and did not know all of the details of the agreement therefore did not know to expect the above. One of the movers did state that we could provide him a tip. I agree tips are generally a great compensation for service providers, but only when the terms of the agreement are met. My husband provided a tip, again because he did not know the details of the agreement. This being said, the movers were very efficient and polite and I could not have asked for a better experience with the office staff. Ashley was amazing.
