I was not too thrilled about the three hour minimum deposit, but the two men came in and began to work immediately. They worked quickly and efficiently to ensure everything that required moving was moved within the three hour window. They were courteous and professional!

The personnel were at the pick-up site in a timely manner. The only issue was the drop-off site. The address in the system was incorrect; therefore causing a delay in drop-off. That then caused me to have to pay extra money due to the over 3hrs time frame. I don't understand why the time for pick-up starts when the personnel leave the office; rather then once they meet the pick-up destination.

I moved from a 2 bedroom apartment to a house it took 7 hours which was entirely to long. The movers took often breaks and sat around in the rooms or outside depending on where I was. They moved way to slow.

I needed heavey items moved on short notice. Couch, love seat, king size bed and dresser with mirror. Movers were great as well as office people I spoke with. Only thing I didn't understand was why was I being charged for the time to and from the office? $270 (2 hours) seemed reasonable. One the additional $67 was charged it no longer seemed reasonable for so few items.
All in all, I am pleased with the service provided.
