Kevin Smith was an absolute doll! Sweet as could be, and such a hard worker! He, himself, truly deserves a raise!! He didn't stop one time nor complain in the slightest.
If there were any small issue to complain about, it would be Kevin's partner. I don't know his name, but he was on the phone constantly and was a hindrance for Kevin! Thanks so much.

We had to reschedule our move and the office made sure we were refunded for the initial down payment. When we did get the move taken care of, the moving team was excellent!

This was our first time using a moving company to move and it was not a great experience. The men did not come prepared with basic tools (or didn't use them if they had them). They used my husbands tools. Our home that we were moving FROM had floor and wall damage after the move. Our belongings were also damaged/broken extensively. The team did not strap down anything in the truck. Not impressed..

Didn't deliver service promised. Furniture damaged due to poor loading and stacking and without covering. Art not boxed that was supposed to be boxed and that boxes were sent for. Movers didn't want to move items upstairs at new house until told they had to. Damaged doorways due to not taking large furniture apart as stated they would. Damaged hardwood due to poor use of dollies on them. Worst! et
