I could not have been more pleased with my moving men! John and his partner were fast, courteous, friendly, STRONG and knew what they were doing! They picked up furniture from one location and delivered it to three locations......all without complaint, and with smiles on their faces. They treated my furniture and home with respect. They made a stressful day SO much better!

Moving team was excellent! They were very conscientious in wrapping in padding to avoid damage. They were efficient without being hasty.

I had a couple of issues with the office team in receiving timely communication (it would be nice to be able to hold instead of having to leave a message), but overall was well taken care of.

Kevin Smith was an absolute doll! Sweet as could be, and such a hard worker! He, himself, truly deserves a raise!! He didn't stop one time nor complain in the slightest.
If there were any small issue to complain about, it would be Kevin's partner. I don't know his name, but he was on the phone constantly and was a hindrance for Kevin! Thanks so much.

We had to reschedule our move and the office made sure we were refunded for the initial down payment. When we did get the move taken care of, the moving team was excellent!
