The mattress covers were forgotten. One of the movers stopped and bought some himself. We had paid $10 so he made it good. Excellent service. Even helped me bring clothes down to place in my trunk. So helpful!! Andrea

i was charged for mattress covers that I never received and that were never put on my mattresses. One of my mattresses and a box spring got wet in the rain.
