Raymond did a great job. Berto has an attitude from the beginning. Raymond had great customer service skills. Tried to accommodate as much as he could. Berto acted as if he was perturbed the entire time. I had to call some real men who knew how to get the headboard and bed frame loose. They took it apart in two seconds without any hesitation to remove remaking of furniture in back bedroom.

Moving is always hectic but I suggest that you follow the movers around as they wrap and move your belongings. You may not realize what is missing until you are ready to use it as in my case. I filed a police report and now waiting for a resolution. Beware!! I even gave the guys a tip. I was told that the person involved was suspended. If he didn't know about my complaint, why suspend him? Let me
